Great center, I had a conflict so went in a few days before my scheduled appointment. There were a lot of ppl waiting in line at 8am in the morning, but the front staff still let me in. The whole process went quite smoothly. It would usually take less than 10mins for the photo and finger printing, but with traffic, you could expect an hour. Also fill the page 2 of the biometric app receipt ahead of time would expedite the initial intake process. The staff are extremely friendly and patient with non english speakers and even offered a mask to my mother for her need. This is the best biometric center I have been to, I was quite pleasantly surprised and impressed.

Everyone is helpful make sure. Lady who works there at the door and checking documents too she deserves a raise, she is on her toes !!she makes sure everyone is ready by the door with their documents and then she runs back to her little desk where she fills out another form by double checking documents everyone brought , stamps it dates it and proceeds them forward after handing over ticket number. It was exactly today not sure if shifts are changed but Tuesday January 2 2024 African American lady I admire your hard work!

Excellent service. I had a 2pm appointment and arrived at 1.53pm. I was promptly processed and asked to take a seat. Less the 3 minutes later a lady called my number and I moved to a different line to await my turn. The biometrics tech called me up, took my picture then we proceeded to fingerprints. I noticed I looked miserable in the first pic, so she offered to take it again. She did a second pic, we proceeded to fingerprints, then I noticed she'd cut the top of my head off! So she did the pic a third time and that one was a charm. Very friendly tech, processed quickly and I was out of the office by 2.10pm.

Surly receptionist. Can't you find someone with at least some people skills for such a public facing job? Took an hour start to finish....very different from the people saying 10-15 minutes. Lots of rules posted on the wall but seem to pick and choose what to enforce. They didn't let parents stay with their minor children through the process.I imagine it is low paid with lots of turnover, but need to do better.

Timely allowed the people to get inside and completed the whole biometric collection procedure of our applications within 15 minutes.

Efficient. 15 min done for a biometrics appointment. I did see people (customers?) overeating due to being asked not to use cell phones in the facility. A dude (assuming he was accompanying his wife) got very jumpy at the lady for her to correct him for using a cell phone. He immediately accused her of being rude. I guess his masculinity was hurt because he couldn’t read the sign about not using phones and couldn't stand being corrected publicly. You can text and play on your phone but no phone calls.

I went there just minutes ago and it took me 15 minutes to do everything, even if I got there before my appointment time. The customer service is good and all the stuff… I took their pen 🖊️ by mistaking 😂🤦🏾‍♀️.. Anyway GOOD SERVICE.
